W32.Banleed.B is a worm variant of Banleed.A that does exactly the same thing as Banleed.A: logs the banking information of the computer and sends it to a remote host. It even spreads through file shares, showing that this variant was not made for big news. It is, however, slightly more common than the older variant. If the Symantec virus definitions are dated before 28/6/06, the worm is dectected as a hacktool. It was discovered 28/6/06 and affects all Windows operating systems except for Vista.
