It is not a dangerous nonmemory resident parasitic polymorphic Win32 virus. It searches for PE EXE files in directories on C: drive, then in Windows and Windows system directories, and infects them. While infecting the virus writes itself to the end of the file.
On December 22nd the virus manifests itself by video effects: it displays to the desktop standard Windows message and warning icons in random order and at random positions.
