HurrDurr.exe is a program created by me. Its routine is to open hurr-durr.com in Internet Explorer, open random programs, and some websites. After that, it'll attempt to delete the System32 contents, the final payload is deleting everything in the Registry Editor, therefore, the "open" option is gone, and some critical parts of the OS is completely useless. It will then attempt to end lsass.exe which will cause the system to reboot in 1 minute.
After a reboot, Windows will fail to boot as it's missing critical registry keys to boot windows, and some programs that is required to boot.
I will not provide a download link unless I believe you're a Malware tester and you officially know what you're doing.
Surprisingly this malware has been detected in some anti-malware programs. You see the list here (Updated 27, August 2016): https://virustotal.com/en/file/ce3e77568998878e1d23eb583b5b3f8ed58db9d615d6032176759a80a90208d1/analysis/1472362673/
